Grand Ducal Dolciano Estate

The restaurant is located in Dolciano, in an ancient stable surrounded by greenery, a perfect location for elegant ceremonies and weddings in TuscanyThe estate, once known as Paglieto Farm or Pagliolaio, was purchased at the end of the 17th century by Francesco I de' Medici, taking on the definitive name of Dolciano Farm.

The actual construction of the farm and its outbuildings began with the accession to the throne of Peter Leopold of Habsburg-Lorraine. With the establishment of the new Kingdom of Italy, between 1863 and 1864, the complex was sold to private individuals and passed to the Bologna family, the current owners, preserving its unique history and charm as historic location for Tuscan events and gastronomic experiences.
